For healthcare organisations

Turn credential follow-up into a visible workflow

Invite practitioners to an organisation, review the credential status and expiry information available to owners and administrators, then complete official checks and decisions in your organisation’s own process.

Credential workflow

From account setup to a current decision

HealthID can organise the handover of practitioner credential information. It does not decide whether a person meets your role, site, insurer or regulatory requirements.

  1. Set up the organisation

Apply for an organisation account and establish the owners or administrators who will manage access.

  2. Invite practitioners

Invite people to join so their HealthID credential records can appear within the organisation view.

  3. Review the overview

Use displayed verification states and expiry dates to identify records that need attention.

  4. Complete your checks

Consult official sources, assess required evidence and record the organisation’s own decision.

What the organisation view supports

Owners and administrators can use the member overview as a working queue.

  • Membership context: see which practitioners have joined the organisation.
  • Credential review: read member credential records, including verification status and expiry dates.
  • Follow-up: identify missing, pending or expired information that requires action under your process.
  • Presentation: use organisation-branded verification cards where that sharing format is suitable.

Clear ownership

Keep each responsibility with the right party

Practitioner

Maintain and share

Add credential information, keep records updated and decide what to share through a verification card.

Organisation

Review and decide

Apply internal policy, request the evidence needed and determine whether requirements have been met.

Official source

Confirm current status

Use the relevant regulator, issuing body or public register for information that must be current.

The operating boundary

HealthID supports the workflow; it does not replace it

HealthID is a private service, not a government body, AHPRA, or an AHPRA-issued or endorsed system. Credential statuses reflect the time of HealthID’s last review and are not real-time official verification. Your organisation remains responsible for current register checks, identity checks and its own credentialing decisions.
