What it does

A practical record for practitioner credentialing

HealthID brings commonly requested professional information into one account and provides several ways to present it. It does not replace official register checks or an organisation’s own credentialing decisions.

01

Maintain a practitioner record

Add profile details, qualifications, AHPRA registration information, memberships, Working with Children Check information, insurance details and supporting files.

02

Share verification information

Use a public practitioner profile or create a time-limited verification card that can be opened from a link or QR code.

03

Monitor an organisation

Organisation owners and administrators can invite practitioners and review member credential status and expiry information in one dashboard.

What verification cards share

The card type determines how much information is available to its recipient.

  • Basic Identity, qualifications, credential status and expiry information.
  • Detailed Adds credential numbers and the practitioner’s public contact details.
  • Complete Adds temporary access to uploaded supporting documents.
Important: anyone who has an active card link or QR code can open it. A recipient can save information they are allowed to view.
