Terms of Service
These terms govern HealthID accounts, practitioner profiles, credential records, verification cards and organisation features for Australian healthcare professionals.
Account responsibilities
Account holders are responsible for truthful, current profile and credential information, for updating information when it changes or expires, and for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
Verification disclaimer
HealthID is intended to complement, not replace, official registration and credentialing processes. Facilities and employers should conduct the checks required by their own obligations and should not rely on HealthID as their sole verification method.
Acceptable use and availability
HealthID must not be used to misrepresent qualifications, impersonate another practitioner or create fraudulent records. Verification cards require an internet connection and are time-limited by design.
